A bit difficult to fit phone into case

For the money this is a well built and protective case. There were no installation instructions, and a quick web search didn't help. It didn't just show up. Apparently several people had similar problems. But a little fiddling led to the discovery that I could remove the softer black bumper and slide back the hard orange frame. Then the two halves of the frame separated and it was easy to insert the phone into the case.

Pros
