Hair badly removed

I really like this set. Heats wax quickly and the temperature is easy to control. My problem was with the wax itself. While easy to use, it doesn't remove hair very well. As a result, the hair more or less broke, leading to poor results. My armpit hair was fine, but my leg hair wasn't. The bikini area was affected or absent. A different wax may be needed. The device itself is excellent.
