Exactly what I was looking for! I hook up an original Super Nintendo (SNES) to the VGA in and HDMI out on my "dumb" circa 2008 LG HDTV, which works great. The colors are good, no input lag (!) and it's small so you can hide it in or behind your entertainment device with a neat look. Comes with a 3ft USB power cable. You'll need a USB-to-wall power block to plug it into a wall outlet (like the one that came with your phone), or find alternative means of powering the device.
