PROS: Minimalist shoes are great for hot summers. The entire part of this shoe is made of mesh, but it has a solid structure and the upper doesn't feel flimsy. The laces tie easily and will NOT slip off. A knot is all I need and I can run all day without worrying about my laces coming undone. The insoles can be replaced. CONS: Cushioning is minimal, but that's okay, they're not made for running. FYI: - The insole construction is very thin and when I checked the shoe I noticed that it flexes right in the middle - in the arch of the foot. So the description of the shoe is correct, it is for indoor use in a cross training hall.
