I bought 3 of these fans for my trip to Disney. I have a 4 month old, 4 year old, 7 year old and 11 year old child with my 16 year old sister who lives with me. I thought they would be great for long car rides and also for those days when we spent most of the day outside in the heat. My husband held a fan to keep the baby cool and she reached for it like any child would. . Her finger got caught in the fan holes (which are too big to be considered safe for a baby or toddler in a stroller as they are curious and constantly stretching) and cut her finger. Luckily my husband held it and pulled it out as soon as she grabbed it, but it wasn't fast enough. If this had been attached to her stroller or car seat, and she did, the cut probably would have been worse. I'm disappointed because I've bought several and recommended friends to buy them and I regret because it's clearly not designed for safe use around young children.
