Review on 🔗 Universal Compatibility with BroadLink Wireless - Ideal for Any Location by Andrew Frison

It worked fine for about 6 months then with the latest firmware (not sure) I was only able to connect locally which means my phone had to be on the same network the plug was configured on also means I can't access it when I'm not at home. It used to work fine, but recently it stopped. I am writing to support to see if they have any solutions. Return period expired. Can search for another brand. I received an immediate response from their service department with several explanations for the problem. Specifically, their server was having issues and they were working on a fix. All other solutions were aimed at my configuration, installation etc. Anyway, after a few days it started working as it should and is still working today, 05/09/2017. hoping for the best. Works great when it works. Rating improved from 2 to 4 stars.
