Review on 🚚 Fulton 1200 lbs. Capacity Swivel Trailer Tongue Jack (Model TJ12000101) by Nelson Calafell

The item was well priced and initially seemed to work well. However, when the product failed during the warranty period, I contacted the company to file a claim. They said to email me with photos and a copy of the receipt. I did it and then got nothing from the company. Repeated attempts were made to contact them by phone and email. No reply to email. Eventually, the central phone answers and then transfers you to a line that doesn't answer. Several times we waited 40 minutes and got nothing. Looks like I'll have to eat this, but I'll make sure I don't have anything else to do with this company. I also recommend everyone to stay away from the company. They don't match what's on paper.
