Easy to install and pretty durable.

Bought to replace an existing jack which I bent. I simply used a screw plate and installed it on the other side of the frame. Seems very sturdy and easy to assemble. The screw plate has a ridge on the underside of the plate to support the frame so it feels like it should last forever. I also really appreciate that the handle is on top and not on the side. Much easier to use. Used on a small Coleman Pop-Up Camper.

High quality and reliable brand!

Our old trailer tongue was bent so we replaced it with the same Fulton brand for easier installation. It is of good quality and both the wheel release handle and center stand and wheel are very solid. Our previous stand didn't have a wheel. I don't know why we waited so long to switch to the wheel. Of course, everything is much easier! Very good product, well packaged and fast delivery. Happy customer!

It seems more durable than the one on my landship.

Seems to be sturdier than the one on my Shoelander trailer which was a Folton on it but only weighed 800 pounds. Capacity. Removing and installing with an air gun only took about 30 minutes. The hardest part was removing the large latch or "C" ring. And he has an oiler in the crankshaft area. I haven't had a chance to actually use it to hitch my car. I will update later. I am 18 feet 2700 pounds. Luke Ryder.

Great replacement for an old jack.

Great direct replacement for the integrated jack on a Shorelandr boat trailer. Contacted Fulton and confirmed this is the correct model but it has a universal mounting bracket on arrival. I took off the mounting plate (a large snap ring) and everything snapped into place perfectly. If you want to do the same make sure you have snap ring pliers otherwise removing the universal mounting plate would be a real mistake. original (since 2001).

Used this to replace the spigot on my log splitter with "dirty hand tools ".

I used this to replace the spigot on my log splitter with "dirty hand tools". This is NOT directly suitable (and not approved) for this application, but it is the best fitting model available. The size of the hub and locking ring are a perfect match, but the holes where the pull pin goes in need to be enlarged towards the hub. I used a sanding wheel on my dremel and then oiled everything thoroughly. It worked great! The quality of the steering wheel and the jack itself is very good. I tried…

Ideal! Provided you use it as intended.

Received my jack today, it is exactly as described. It was very easy to assemble and install. My wiring goes through a tube on my frame so I used a piece of plywood to build the frame and protect the tube. If protected from the elements, it will last for many years. Note that this is a trailer jack, not a trailer truck. Just because it has a wheel doesn't mean it's designed to move your trailer down the driveway. The jack acts as a support, and the wheel helps place the trailer over the hitch…

The customer service/warranty service does not work.

The item was well priced and initially seemed to work well. However, when the product failed during the warranty period, I contacted the company to file a claim. They said to email me with photos and a copy of the receipt. I did it and then got nothing from the company. Repeated attempts were made to contact them by phone and email. No reply to email. Eventually, the central phone answers and then transfers you to a line that doesn't answer. Several times we waited 40 minutes and got nothing…

US variant? in leveling and stabilization

Just installed this jack today. It went pretty fast and works as it should. The design is good and I appreciate the grease fittings to keep the interior working. Fulton's office is in Plymouth, Michigan and I enjoyed ordering from an "American" company. After installing the jack, however, I was greeted with the same "Made in China" label I've come to expect from most products. My experience with Chinese products tells me to go by the 5 year warranty information that came with this product…
