I have used this cleanser for everything intimate and I have very sensitive skin. I've been using this for several months now with no problems and it's really wonderful for me. I also use them to clean my reusable paste nipple covers because you have to use a gentle detergent and it's as gentle as it gets - and it does a very good job. I'm not particularly crazy about smells. It's not super strong or anything. It's just that everyone has their own taste, and I don't like that, but it doesn't bother me. Being very sensitive and having had such good results with this brand I'll probably just keep using it because why bother with something that isn't broken? If you knew how many problems I have in this area, you would understand my reluctance to try anything else. So from what I understand, this is a winner!
