Just received the refills today 04/25/19 and need them for the big shoot on Saturday 04/27/19 and missing parts. Basically the part that stretches from the body to the hand, NEVER found in my package. I am very angry and disappointed that my shoot is now being ruined by something so simple, simple and essential to make the product work. So hopefully send me the missing piece on NIGHT or something? Or I would indeed have to order another one and pray to god it would come up with the part I need.
