Great Customer Service And Easy To Use

I love that it's a one stop shop for all my marketing needs, and the team are great to work with. The customer service is also brilliant! It has been great being able to reach out to customers and send emails that are automatically sent to a specific contact group. I have not found anything I dislike at this point. I would definitely recommend Cloud Contact AI to anyone looking for a one stop marketing solution. I am managing contacts for a leading high street finance firm. I manage over 3,000 contacts and have found the system to be user friendly and easy to navigate. The best thing I like about this tool is it's ease of use and its ability to connect me with my clients. It also has great customer service which makes them stand out from other contact management tools. As far as what I dislike about cloudcontactai is that sometimes when we send an automated message for example, they don't notify us if there was no response within 24 hours. We have been able to automate our business processes in terms of contacting our current client base and past client base.
