Too much work to wash by hand

The dishes themselves feel solid. Washing by hand is too much work. A box is just a tin can that will pop open easily if dropped. Slots in the case to keep things in place are also a piece of thin plastic with a velvety material on one side. Looks nice but is quite difficult to clean.
