I have been using standard key clips for at least 10 years. As they start to wear out, I sometimes notice that spring-loaded "gates" are much easier to accidentally open and (temporarily) lose the keys multiple times. I thought it would be a great alternative to keep the keys on one side and use the other to clip them to your wallet, pants etc without losing them. Somehow, however, I had MORE problems with this one, possibly due to the fact that the second "gate" when attached to something is essentially upside down, making it - thanks to gravity - closer to the gate's opening bring me valuables, keys. The keys kept falling off the hook to the point I just switched back to the standard carabiner which was a waste of money unless I can find another purpose for it.
