Very Casual best in my review
This is a pretty dress, but really just for beach or very casual because it's poorly crafted, kind of a mess. Skirt is thick/multi-layered so not ideal for HOT HOT weather. But a pretty hippie dress just the same. I imagine it falls apart in the laundry. 16 fit perfect, I'm 5'6", 175 lbs.
