These headphones are my new favorite workout headphones. I do a lot of flexibility training as well as calisthenics style training and they have no problem staying in my ears or even being inverted during any of these workouts. The sound quality of these headphones is quite good, I would compare them with my Airpod headphones, the only difference of course is that Airpods have noise canceling. As for exercise, they are perfect for those who have trouble with Airpods falling out of ears during exercise as they are snug fitting. Battery Life: I've been exercising with these headphones every day for the past week and haven't had to charge the case yet, so I'd say the battery life is fantastic. Also, these headphones come with a variety of different sized ear tips, making it easy to find one that fits your ear. I totally recommend these headphones, especially if you plan to use them for exercise.
