Okay... well I've seen so many bad reviews about it. I have had this humidifier for almost 5 months now. We love it! We clean 1-2 times a week. In principle, it is easy to clean, EXCEPT for the middle part. But with a little extra cleaning, it's no big deal and can be done. I saw a review that said they can't put theirs under the sink to add water? Well, first you need to use filtered water. So we just stick ours in the water dispenser on the fridge and it's super easy to refill. Another cause of mold can be the use of unfiltered water. Ours will go moldy in a week if not cleaned in time, and even that's not too bad. I clean mine with Clorox in the morning so it's well ventilated and ready to go at night. I leave Clorox on for 30 minutes and then wash off at dawn. Removes mold perfectly and I use an old bottle brush to clean the middle part where the mist comes out. Also, it's very important...don't pour water in places that don't need watering...it will cause problems, as with ANY electronics. So keep water out of the rear panel openings or connection points. Also keep water out of the base air outlet hole to get the most out of it. and make sure everything is completely dry before using. Overall, this is a great humidifier and probably 10,000 times easier to clean than most other humidifiers. So here are the top tips: *Use filtered water* and wash 1-2 times a week and it will be the perfect product for you and your baby!
