The most useful thing is that I can get my legal documents in one place, which is very easy to access and use. It's also great for keeping track of all the documents you need to file with your state or local government. There are many different types of documents you can upload, but it's not always clear what each document type is used for. For example, I'm not sure why I have to create an LLC when I already have a corporation. I would recommend this product to anyone who needs a central location to store important legal documents.
