.soft breathable mesh that fit my long torso of 5ft 11" and 36 DD but the shoulders were very very tight. I even adopted a rider stance, assuming that the position of the shoulders would change and relieve the pressure from the cap sleeve. Not this case. For this brand and size, sleeveless would be my best option. I have a 50 year old athletic build with typically large shoulders from strength training. I hope the rating helps you decide, but mine is back.
