I read the reviews before purchasing. And I thought I was getting good value for money. 1TB SSD/Ryzen 7/Nvidia GE Force 2070/16GB RAM. For around $1500. And that would be very profitable, but the company appears to be heavily strained in human resources. I received the computer in record time. Kudos probably to Revane for getting this to me quicker than promised. Bravo.2. Upon unpacking, I noticed there was packing material inside the desktop case, which makes sense, but it was very difficult to get the packing material out of the case and I think there is a risk of damaging fragile hardware. The box packaging was great. And it arrived in good condition. Fame! 3. Booted and powered on. Great praise! 4. Then the problems started. Even though my whole family was connected to the wireless network and got 5/5 signal bars from our router, with the antenna connected the desktop went from ZERO to 1 bar. I couldn't connect wirelessly, which is why I wanted to use Chronos. Not good.5. After boot I checked the system and found that I didn't get a 1TB SSD, I got half of it. Really not good.6. So I went to their website and saw that they have tech support. Large! I have always bought HP because I have NEVER had a problem with HP computers or service in over 10 years. I've dealt with Gateway before and they were fantastic too. I expected Skytech to be decent - not over the top - but decent, despite all the rave reviews. I entered CHAT and waited in line for hours. CLOCK! Not good! 7. After the rep finally showed up, he was helpful and nice and promised to send a new WIFI card and 1TB SSD, which I actually bought. Excellent! I asked if I should return the 500GB drive and they said no. Use it as a backup. I thought BIG! Mistakes happen as long as the company corrects its mistakes I am willing to forgive and be a loyal customer.8. But after the chat ended, I realized that I had forgotten to request tracking or ETA on the SSD/Wifi card. Instead of clogging their chat queues again because the queue said it would take 94 minutes, I decided to email them. I got ZERO replies. Very bad.9. After several days without a reply, I emailed again. NULL response. Very very bad. I just bought a $1500 computer and can't get a hold of anyone. I could wait in their online queue for hours or I could call and JUST wait for a CALL BACK. There was NO WAY to find someone who would answer the simple question "Can I get a tracking number and/or ETA for my parts"? Really unacceptable.10. So if I get an answer and get the promised details I will revisit this review. If there is no answer, I will also revise this review. To be honest, the PC does well in gaming and graphics. It is wonderful. It doesn't freeze, freeze, or turn off. And that's great. All games run without any problems on high or ultra high. But I received less than what I bought and at the moment I have no way of contacting the company. Making customers feel helpless is very, very bad for repeat business. And that makes me sad. Maybe they'll end up hiring more people. Maybe they can find someone to wait the phones? Maybe they'll force someone to check their email several times a week. I don't know. But at the moment I would not recommend this company. They have serious growth problems and serious organizational problems. i want them to like me I want to give them 5/5. It benefits me and them when I get what I wanted and they get a happy, loyal customer. But I just can't. And I kick myself for not buying an Alienware that my son actually bought himself. Or HP, which didn't let me down, but I wanted to try something different. I also wanted the price to be better than HP's at the time. PS I will add photos when I can.
