Shouldn't these have a consistent fill of ink per pen?

I recieved my Arteza gel pens today. I am a bit dissapointed. As I was looking at them I noticed alot are not filled consistently with the others. Some of these have way less than the other pens inside the same box. The inky ones that appear to be filled the same are the metallic ones. I am unsure if I will buy these in the future.
