Me: 44" chest, 36" waist, 170 lbs, 5'7". I bought a large and it fits very tight. I was originally going to buy a medium/large, but other reviews here warn they run small. I bought them so I can swim a few extra weeks during the season when the water is cooler. After testing I was very happy with the purchase For all the other new ones Wetsuits do not come with cleaning instructions, but a quick internet search will yield easy ways to keep your wetsuit clean and tidy.
