I've been using this bag for a few weeks and so far so good. I bought this to fit next to my huge glasses case and purse. I have enough space for other things. So many crossbody bags were wider instead of "taller," and that (along with the cost) were the qualities I was looking for. I love that the outside zip pocket is big enough for my iPhone. The strap stays in place and the hooks are strong. The only negative I can say is that I wish the two inner pockets were either velcro or magnetic as they can be annoying in the way of putting things in the purse. I'll probably sew one or the other inside. Another reviewer noticed that the inner lining pulls up when removing the contents, which I didn't notice.
