This pump has a very strong suction, I can't pass level 1, I can only use this pump for 5-10 minutes at a time, it pulls my nipples hard, the milk flow is good, which usually takes 30 minutes with my spectra, I use spectra membranes and flanges, remove the green connectors for this pump. I am now 4 weeks postpartum. Using this pump for 10 minutes 3 times a day, I was in severe pain for half a day and used low settings on my spectra. This pump is not suitable for me. This pump is easy to use, the instructions are only in German, easy to charge, I can put it in my bra without using my hands. I use this pump for a quick pump or at the end for deflation.
