Rolls on the ball, doesn't roll
I previously bought this product in Europe. I've been using it for many years and I'm very happy with it. However, this time I bought two SVR rolls from Revain and their supplier is a skin care product. After a week of waiting, the roller on the white ball that needs to be rolled to dispense liquid won't roll at all no matter how hard I try to roll it. Very disappointed.
