Protects my cheese from mold
I prefer to buy most of my cheeses in 2lb blocks or slices for small jobs. The biggest problem has always been using it before mold develops. I found a way to basically solve this problem. First, they're airtight, which is a good start, and they're easy to store in my fridge to use when I need them. Second, I take the cheese out of the plastic wrap and rewrap it in wax paper to keep in these glass jars. Amazing results. buys more for other things that require longer storage and also helps make better use of fridge storage
