Lack of support, poor performance
I bought this product in the form of a calendar and an interactive map. The specs are vague as to what file types will work. Shutterstock's main standard JPG map file that works in all other environments, see e.g. B. the attached photo, but does not work on this device. Deployed all resources to support staff and escalated to "technical level" with no response for over a month: We call weekly - too corporate. I do not recommend this device due to lack of support. It's understandable why the price has gone down since we bought it two months ago.
