Review on 🌟 Plush Musical Take-Along Toy - Baby Einstein Star Bright Symphony, Suitable for Newborns and Up (1-Pack) by Drew Cage

Revainrating 3 out of 5

The color fades/fades, but the child is still very interested

My child loves this star. This amused her greatly and distracted her. It has a good selection of songs and the volume is very decent. It has two modes, in one it reacts to the child's touch and in the other it is a continuous mode that plays for about 15 minutes. It would have been a very basic 5 star rating if it weren't for two major issues that I encountered. Issue 1: Color is faded/peeling. I don't like the idea of my child choking on paint. I also don't like the idea that I bought this for my baby when he was only 3 months old and it only went away after about 2 months of use. Problem 2: It is not very easy to clean. They instructed you to wipe it down with a warm cloth and mild soap but I feel like this isn't good enough. The star's hands pick up so much drool because the child will be chewing on the pencils. Spot cleaning or any of the other methods they offer won't do the trick, and you can't just toss this toy in the washing machine. I wish they had made the arms detachable. So even with those two main issues, I still recommend it. For the price it's worth it as you can't expect any toy to last forever and my kid had a lot of fun with that.
