My feet are about 9.5E so I ordered 10 and although they are a little loose I am very happy with the fit (I wear them in a very casual IT office environment with socks that take up extra space). They are very comfortable, but the leather laces seem to come undone every few hours. When I received the shoes they were very long but I just shortened them a bit. I can try flat waxed laces to see how they work. Anyway the Prime Day deal for them was killer and I just had to give up another pair of Frye shoes after 2.5 years of hard use so if I get that much of these I'll be very pleased.
