Review on Unit21 by Michael Boyce

I like that we can keep track with our customers (KYCs) in one place without having many different apps or platforms open at once; it's great! It would be nice if there was an option similar to "send" where you could send certain alerts/notifications directly instead of using emails as well - but this isn't something specific about unit 21 so not sure why they wouldn't consider adding such functionality.

We've been able to streamline processes which has helped us improve efficiency within our organization by 10% since implementing Unit21.
