These pants are not for your child if they are a little big for their age! My 6 year old son got these little pants (he weighed about 52 pounds) in March, complete with a uniform at our stadium. We were very impressed with the overall quality, style and graphite color. He had a growth spurt of 10 pounds in 3 months and weighed 62 pounds in mid-June. The small pants for his size were too tight and uncomfortable at the waist, but they fit his legs perfectly and the length was good when we used the velcro inside to the end. I ordered them medium size and was expecting a slightly larger waist and slightly longer legs. boy was i wrong! The waist increased slightly by 2-3 inches and the legs were freaking long! The length was greater by 10 or 11 years! The step hung almost to the knees! He can't wear them! Must be between small and medium!
