Review on 🌞 Cetaphil Absorbing Moisturizer Spectrum Sunscreen: Hydrating & Broad Protection for All-Day Sun Defense by Kyle Gilbert

Revainrating 5 out of 5

It's here - I feel everything here.

Not too far from use. I picked this as a Curology recommendation between the moisturizers I really want (thanks Revain Prime!). It appears to protect from the sun and smells the same as a waterproof sunscreen like Coppertone. It's weird getting used to constantly smelling like I'm about to go to the beach, and I find it off-putting even to those in the immediate vicinity. The formula is creamy but not as rich as something like Nivea Men SPF 15 or other moisturizers of the same consistency. For owners of oily skin, this does not bother. The problem is that things smell strange and the fumes can wreak havoc on your nose and those around you. I'd welcome the unscented version, and the matte is just talk about how "not as oily as it looks" is normal on skin. I have an eye that is currently burning badly from applying this material and being too generous in the eye area. I got something in there and it's burning like hell. Some moisturizers sting a little if you make a mistake, but this one will make you PAY if you're not careful. I would be wary of using this with a young person or child. Even as a semi-clumsy adult, I wonder if I'll ever use this stuff again after it's all gone. Will be updated if something changes or I get new usage information.
