Bought 2 of these to replace one that was jammed in its cable pouch for a portable professional stage speaker that works in large venues and outdoors. They seem very well made so I decided to try a few but when I got to the next show I got a rumble I've never had before so I tried a second one, same thing. I tested them on a cable tester and they seemed fine, but the audio never lies. Luckily I also bought 2-10ft Hosa cords that I've been using for years and tried one of those and it solved the problem. It might be ok in the right facility or at home, but I'm pretty sure it's a shielding problem, as is usually the case with the hum problem and the harsh stage environment with all the lighting and other instruments, electrical equipment and lighting dimming systems. the worst of all in some products. I gave it 3 stars because they work and are very well made and they love the connectors and their looks but they won't do a good job of suppressing interference. They really need to look for the best cable for their products with the best shielding.
