The customer care provided by FIRELION was appalling. From their online shop, I purchased a pair of cycling shoes, but when they were delivered, they were the incorrect size. I contacted their customer support right away to ask for an exchange, but the agents there were unhelpful and unresponsive. First of all, they waited several days to reply to my initial email. When they did, to confirm that the shoes were in fact the incorrect size, they requested that I send photos of the footwear. I submitted the photos as requested, but once more, it took them a few days to reply. When they did reply, they told me the shoes were out of stock and they were unable to provide me with a replacement. They also declined to give me a refund, claiming that their return and refund policy did not cover sizing problems. The level of customer service I got from FIRELION left me incredibly dissatisfied. They did not only react slowly, but they also did not have any good answers for my problem. This online shop has terrible customer service, so I wouldn't suggest it to anyone.
