Review on πŸ“± Fintie Keyboard Case for Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 8.0 - Lightweight Slim Shell Stand Cover with Detachable Bluetooth Keyboard for Tab S2 8-inch Tablet, Black by Shigg Bigbee

Revainrating 2 out of 5

This is "good ", but there is a serious design flaw.

Fine. The keyboard layout is not optimal. Although I can type fairly quickly, I often hit the wrong key because it's either in a weird spot or I need to use a function key to create a specific character. Adding an apostrophe or quotation marks is an annoying, gear-like process. Caps lock (""CAPS") doesn't work. It would be better if there was no indicator at all because it just makes you feel like it's broken. The main reason for the 2 stars is a serious design flaw : When you flip the lid back, the magnets polarize the metal back on the keyboard, which eventually sends a signal through the tablet and turns off the display because it "thinks" the lid is closed. The only way around this is in taking the keyboard out of the case every time you want to fold back the front flap. In my opinion, this completely defies the purpose and practicality of this case. You'd better buy this case without a keyboard. It's clear that the company , which manufactured this product, did not conduct adequate research and development or quality control before mass-producing this product Conclusion: - Good construction - Compact design - Labor intensive. Button Layout/Design - A design flaw that causes the tablet to turn off when the lid is flipped back, drastically reducing its usability.
