I like how easy it was to set up for each member of my staff, as well their profiles are very detailed with all information they need from contact info down through department/job title etc which makes tracking things so much easier! The only thing i dislike about this system now would be if there were different levels such an admin level where we could have additional options or controls within our employees' workstyle areas rather than having them create everything again at higher administrative control? It's been great knowing who does what tasks when its busy!!
