Review on πŸ”Š Immerse in Superior Audio: VIZIO M-Series 5.1.2 Home Theater Sound Bar with Dolby Atmos and DTS:X by Adam Radford

EQ settings don't just go up or down a notch, Hayden.

Hayden McDonald must be a bit confused with the EQ settings. selected equalizer setting. You can go all the way up or all the way down, which can be useful if you need to turn off the subwoofer while living in an apartment. I had no issues with audio not streaming or being slow. I don't use the Bluetooth feature as my phone is connected to my TV anyway and I can just stream over it so I can't comment on that. At $400, that's a huge step up from your TV's stereo sound. The bass is strong and the soundbar speakers are definitely better than TV speakers. The side speakers are small and Atmos won't be amazing as those speakers are small too, but you can definitely tell the difference. Until you get to a $1,000-$2,000 setup, you probably won't notice much of a difference between this and other slightly more expensive devices. The reviews gave this device an excellent score for its budget, which is why I picked it.

Pros
  • Pleasant to use
Cons
  • Good but not great
