I had to cut off the bayonet protrusions on the black plastic lantern mount. I used an X-acto knife to cut them but it hurts a little. After trimming to lock them in place they worked fine. If I hadn't trimmed them, they would most likely have broken when I tried to lock them. The LED part can also slide on the black plastic mount, which is a bit of a hassle when you have to take them out again to reverse polarity (they will get stuck and won't come out). So unless you want to mess around with some to get them working, I wouldn't recommend them. As I said, I was able to get them to work, so the main reason for the bad review is the fit, other than that they work fine.
