Cheap. When plugged in to charge, the blue LEDs did not light up to show me the charging status. When using the camping mattress inflator, the device would not turn on. I had to keep flipping the switch back and forth and it finally turned on. You have to constantly fiddle with the switch to turn it on. It seems cheap and I wouldn't count on it working if needed.
