Not safe for babies - fibers come out
I got this for my 7-month old. It's very cute but the "fur" very easily pulls out. I found my daughter in her crib playing with fibers she pulled from the toy. Since babies frequently chew on and pull their toys, this is not safe. Would be fine for a child over 2 years.
