It's good and it works but here are some thoughts: Good: 1.) Pretty good mirror finish on all surfaces and if that's what I'm aiming for that would be great. I have it on a darker leather strap so I think a matte finish would look better (it's not a con, it just isn't really suited to my application). However, it looks beautiful. 2.) Installation was easy, no instructions included but there are many moving parts and most people already know about them. If you don't watch it, YouTube exists. 3.) Snaps firmly into place with no play or rattling Bad: 1.) The retaining clips are quite small and can be brittle. I don't think it takes more torque to break so either be careful or wait for a replacement. 2.) There is no built-in fine tuning. It's $13, so not too bad, but I don't think it would have significantly increased the cost of drilling four more holes as well. Therefore, it can be easily pinched. 3.) It doesn't have much room for vertical adjustment, so the 4mm thick leather strap I use it with barely works. Thicker bands don't fit at all.
