Great for evidence collection in a homicide case
The ability to have a database of all the evidence collected at the scene, and link it with other info. The ability to create different reports and export to pdf or excel. The overall experience was great. I liked that you could use multiple types of media, and that it had a lot of different options for creating reports. It's not easy to set up in your own network. We used this product as part of our investigation into a homicide case. It allowed us to create reports based off of the information we found during our search, which helped us organize and present the information we found to prosecutors.
Pros
- Everything about SCF seems pretty good; however i think they do need more training materials included so people can learn how best apply their data if there is no one trained yet who knows anything better than what already exists within Scf itself! And also maybe having less technical limitations? Also would be nice too see some kind community support/forums where everyone involved users & staff alike are able talk without needing any programming skills but
