They are very thorough in their assessments of our website, they give us feedback straight away when things go wrong or not as expected which is great to know! The customer service team respond extremely quickly too - we've had issues with other online platforms but have never experienced this from them before!! We're currently using feeboo for all aspects related (and unrelated)to web design/development; SEO & marketing campaigns etc so it's been invaluable having an agency that understands where you want your business / brand heading long term Feefo is a great platform for us to provide our customers with a great customer service experience. The platform is easy to use and is constantly evolving to make it more user friendly. Feefo is constantly improving and adding new features to improve the experience for our customers. I haven't experienced any dislikes with this service. Feefo is a great customer service platform. We are able to provide great service to our customers.
