I had to buy a 5X. and let me tell you, the little thong that comes with it would never fit a 5x woman. I am 5'7 and probably 180. I didn't want to order a 5X but after reading the reviews it's what I went for! And it actually fits almost perfect. a smidge on the big side, I could have done a 4x but the 5x will just be more comfortable and I won't have much syncing room. Love it though. it's beautiful and great detail!
