I have a grade 3 sprain.
So much cheaper than what the doctor's office was going to charge for the exact same product. I used this while recovering from a grade 3 ankle sprain. It's a very good balance of support and flexibility. I felt very stable and was able to deal with it well in rehab. Good product.
