Item arrived broken

Bottom black screw The lid is straight off flowed out of the box. During installation, water leaked through the black bottom screw cap. So I switched to a heavy duty version of the brass capped part. This is a cheap version I think and I got what I paid for. I was out of the return window because it was taking so long.
