Review on Topfit Non Slip Performance Aluminum Covers by Corey Singh

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Perfect for TM3

As others have said let them air out before installing them in the car. Didn't smell bad after sitting them for two days but it's hard to be patient when you want to install them asap. I tried installing them every other day and the smell was too strong for me to endure. It literally takes 5-10 minutes to install both pedals. I've made this twice and it was easy both times (removed them after the first day because of the smell). You can't just slide them in if you expect them to be snug. You should start on one side of the pedal (right side and work your way to the left) and fit that side firmly into the grooves and work your way around the pedal. I suspect that heating it with a hair dryer right before installing it may soften the rubber and make installation easier. You'll also see small pieces of rubber attached to the lines on the pedals, but you can remove most of these if that bothers you, or carefully trim off the excess rubber with a razor blade. You won't see them on the pedal once installed. It makes a big difference to the look of the car, especially after I upgraded the footwell lights. You can get it cheaper on ebay from the same manufacturer, but I didn't want to wait a week for it to ship from China.
