Better than the plain crappy one that came with my Everlast bag stand. The holes were exactly the same. However, I feel like it's pretty sloppy and noisy, so I made a few modifications that made it rock solid, smooth, and quiet. First I wrapped the pin in a thin, about the size of a postage stamp, made of roofing felt in the form of a sleeve so that the pin fits perfectly into the swivel. Tin foil wrapped several times can also have the same effect. I also add a small amount of dry bike chain lube. Second, I drilled a new cotter pin hole about an eighth of an inch closer to the edge of the knuckle to eliminate left to right tilt. Finally, I wrapped a little friction tape around the cotter pin to eliminate the ringing it was making.
