I recently purchased this type of adhesive window shade for the side windows of my car and was happy to find a similar one for the rear window. The Californian heat takes its toll on the leather interior. However, I took it out of the box and since it is folded into a circle for storage, the outer wire is bent in the middle. With smaller side windows, this was corrected when aligning with the window. This did not happen with this longer one, as you can see in the photos. Every time I straighten one side (top/bottom midpoint) the other side sags. Although it can still reflect light, it does not allow the folds in the fabric to be smoothed out and thus obstructs the view through the rear window. , an even greater problem for vehicles not equipped with rear-view cameras. Overall disappointing, I would have preferred a straight shade that doesn't curl or wrinkle when flexing causes the product to fail in this way.
