Easy to install, light weight

This fan is easy to install by connecting the remote module to the fan in advance and installing it inside. You just need to connect the black and white wires and you're done! That's a good thing, because the kit does NOT come with any instructions. It's also very light. I wish I had a 20" because the fan is very small inside and you can hardly feel it in the room at max setting. However, the light is nice and bright and the fixture is attractive (more than I first thought!) And I love that there is a reverse option, I would say this is more of a $100 light fixture than a $150 light fixture, it's a little cheaper...but I like it.
