The ability for me personally as an employee with limited training within technology issues was invaluable by having my own "help ticket". Not enough employees during off hours available through chat or voice communication when necessary at times could be improved but overall good service provided! Nothing really I dislike other than would love more availability around after dark evenings due night shift time differences however they tried to accommodate our work schedule changes if no answer received via email then it may not have been read prior to next working day. They are great at getting you what you need when you need it. They will work with you if you want to do things differently than how they normally do but don't let them take control over your project. The pricing structure for their services can be overwhelming. Make sure you ask questions about their rates and go through each process thoroughly so you know exactly what is included with their quote. They have been able to give us excellent support throughout our projects.
